Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from jieyuepro.com. If you wish to request a return, please contact us at support@jieyuepro.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and relevant product photos.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The following products are generally not eligible for return: personal-care items, intimate goods, consumable products, customized items, gift cards, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue has been verified, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not caused by a product-quality issue. Please do not return any product without first contacting us. After the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks or payment providers may require 5–10 business days to process the refund.

Orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified after shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
