Shipping policy

jieyuepro.com ships to the countries and regions available on the checkout page. Our current shipping options are:

* Standard Shipping: USD $8.99, with an estimated delivery time of 15–30 business days;
* Express Shipping: USD $8.99, with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days;
* Free shipping is available for orders of USD $59.99 or more. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been shipped and do not include processing time, weekends, or public holidays.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to you by email after shipment. Tracking updates may be delayed, and the carrier’s final tracking record will apply.

Holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, flight arrangements, local carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times. Estimated delivery periods are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers must ensure that their name, telephone number, and delivery address are complete and accurate before placing an order. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are generally the recipient’s responsibility.
